Refund policy

Due to the nature of the items, I do no allow returns or exchanges. Each item is handmade by me and cannot be duplicated. Custom orders and handmade goods can only be replaced upon request. Damaged or missing items 24 hours after scheduled delivery will be reviewed upon request. Message me with any questions and we will agree upon a solution case by case. You have 24 hours to cancel an order; ALL SALES FINAL.
