Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized embroidery orders require additional time to create your unique piece and typically take 5-10 business days depending on the complexity of the item. You will be notified of the estimated processing time for custom orders at checkout.

Made to Order

Many of our items are made to order, meaning your piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Made-to-order items are not pre-made or held in stock — each one is handmade with care just for you. Because of this, made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please allow 5-10 business days for your item to be created before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to your door.
