SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized embroidery orders require additional time and typically take 5–10 business days depending on complexity. You will be notified of the estimated processing time for custom orders at checkout.
Made to Order Many of our items are made to order, meaning your piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be created before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders.

- 🇨🇦 Canada — Standard Shipping $18.00 (7–14 business days); Express Shipping $35.00 (3–5 business days)
- 🇬🇧 UK & Europe — Standard Shipping $28.00 (10–21 business days); Express Shipping $55.00 (5–8 business days)
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. TGL Handmade is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Packaging Each handmade item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to enjoy or gift.
